Hey ppl.. YOU GUYS ROX!!! Thanks Jie Min, I-lin, Pei Hao and Yang Sheng. VERY GOOD JOB DONE anw..

Erm.. just to tell Ken and Foong Hui.. we seem to be ok for the acts on Fridays, but what about acts on Tuesdays? We can't possibly make use of Ken's first plan.. whr we station 2 ppl at each station...? Or we do something else>

If worse come to worse, we will have to inform Mr Oh abt this issue.. Bcos it is getting very serious.. U noe if Shi Min continues to absent himself, his CCA pts will all be gone.. Rmb wat Sir YOng HAo said, 75 percent of attendance is needed for awardance of CCA pts. If come to that point of time whr he is absent for 80 percent of the whole year, then we will no be able to help him..

So now the prob is getting more and more serious..

Right, getting back to business,
regarding Shimin's case.
I agree with FoongHui, we should influence, brainwash, or do whatever we can to make him love NP. But er, if Shimin doesn't turn up for acts, i doubt we can do it, because we won't have much chance of interacting with him.
=/ So we have a high probability of having to carry the plans out for now.
Oh, and for er, the inter-unit games,
please go and support if you can eh!
And those participating in it, remember to remind your other participants to go ah!
We must win something back for our squad.

Hello squadmates and other who read!:D haha. ~~Okay, let's try not to use our crazy tactics on ShiMin if possible ya? Let's try to go easy on him, like talking him into loving NP! Brain washing him or something. Okay, that's quite impossible...~~ haha. okay. nvm. Let's just hope that the squadmates who always pon will start to love NP more and more!:D Although the people in our squad may seem to be okay with NP but yeahh, there are some who actually hate NP A LOT. You all should actually try to love NP ya? Cause by the time it's our turn to be NCOs and ROD, you will regret not enjoying your first part of the NP life, going for acts just for the sake of going and stuff. Yeah, so, must try to interact more with the other squad mates. Be like Michael!:D haha! Last act(tues, 26th aug) was the first time i ever talked to him since we all joined NP okay! haha. Anyway, good to interact more lah!:D Make sure Michael remembers to go for the Area games thing on 5th Sept! ~~He said that he doesn't want to go, cause he's the only guy going for counterstrike!=X~~

Ya okay, anyway, good job done on doing well for the ACES day run ya? My X-country friends said that NP really did win something. As Jie Min said, NPCC's third and they quite confirmed it. YAY!:D So rejoice!:D haha. okay. That's all for this post ya? Jiayous!:D

ok. as fer friday, i tink 1B can help up as, shimin is in CID maths cluster. n the most concidental ting is that 1B-ians boys grouping lack of one person n dey were grouped up wif shimin. so i can ask de 1B guys to stop shimin if lessons of maths CID is conducted in classroom. in exact, shimin maths CID classroom is at 1I, on de first level. shimin's watch is wif angela. we can use tat as a bait to lure shimin to come fer act. muahahahaha.

Aces day run

aces day run was indeed freaky. i dun even wan to take part in de second year. but all our efforts paid off. my X-country frends told me that but girls n guys team in npcc won de third place:D woots. [though not sure is it true]. dey sae basketball n netball won de 1st place. rumor has i tat a lot of people say basketball team droped their sashes wen running. i tink de guys ran 40+ rounds and de table tennis guys sae one of de npcc guy chiong lyk siao. not sure hu is it. girls ran about 35 rounds bah... haha. my poor legs were aching after de run. hohoho. Hows everyone class party? hmmm.... our class seems special as we ate cup noodles we brought ourselves from home during de party. haha.

Hey ppl, yo..This is Junianti.

Alright, Ken's proposal is great... Bu the prob is we nd to change into PT-kit.. so we nd time right?and i think by the time we station ourselves there, Shi Min have already gone home.. i suggest we find out from like FoongHui or ppl from 1C and 1G so that we know exactly how they leave the school.. Then we will not like use up the whole squad..

Also, because before friday acts is CID right? so we can ask those ppl who are in the same CID cluster with Shi Min or Si Heng to like "jian shi" them until ppl like Ken or MAYBE EVEN Pei Hao and Yang Sheng come to talk to him or persuade him go act...(cos boys normally communicate better right???)

Ok, that's some of my suggestions.. Its NOT that Ken's one is lousy.. It is just that i m IMPROVING the proposal.. K?? BBs then..

Eheh, using the hot masculine pink again :D
Right, so here are the plans that we might adopt to use to prevent our greatest bio-hazard from harming us.
Zhang Shi Min.
The eradication of the possibility of him escaping.
Proposal:
1.Station 2 people at the front gate.
2.Station 2 people at the side gate.
3.Station 2 people at the bus stop nearer to the school.
4.station 2 people at the bus stop opposite the school.
5.Station 2 people at the car porch.
6.Station 2 people beside the bookshop, to prevent a loophole for them to escape.
7.Station 2 people outside the general office, slowing their movements down.
8.When school ends, immediately rush to barricade Shimin's class.
9.When school ends, immediately rush to barricade SiHeng's class.
Results: If any of them tries to slip away, our ultra protection and guard will cower them into a corner, and then we shall drag them for act, worse come to worse, we shall steal their items, eg: bag, shoes,socks etc.
Back up forces:
During recess, we will need capable people to head over to Shimin's class to steal one of his possessions, as a guarantee that he will make it for act.
We can steal his watch, or perhaps, his ez-link card.
That is just a safe guard.
Ahah, we've to make so many preparations just to stop these people from escaping.
Troublesome things.
Right, this proposal of mine might have many loopholes that i have overseen.
So please comment on it, for instance how to improve it, or perhaps even suggest on a better plan. If it is agreed by majority, perhaps we can carry it out for the next act.

P.S: That plan applies more for Shimin, the Siheng part will only take place if we get hold of the news that he is going to escape :D

A bowl of ~laksa~, don't ask me why it is here, at the front of the post,because you'll know later.
Squadmates!
The act today was rather meaningful yeah?
First the humourous porn talk, which girls were laughing at, only to say it was disgusting at the end, and the physical training that we endured later on.
The amount of pumpings we did, the beautiful amount, which is causing our aching arms now.
Now the bowl of laksa is going to come in, get ready.
Lets imagine ourselves to be a bowl of delicious laksa,
the ingredients are:
-Coconut milk~ -Curry powder~ -Tofu puffs~ -Fish sticks~ -Fish cakes~ -Cockles~ -Shrimp~
-Prawns~ -Cinamon sticks~ -Curry leaves~ -Sambal Chilli~ -Bean sprouts~ -Noodles~.
Together, we will be the ingredients to a bowl of delicious laksa, that will make Katong Laksa pale in comparision.
Every single one of us, together will play in part.
We must not rely on one person too much to make our squad an imba awe-striking one.
Just like too much of coconut milk will turn the laksa into a disgusting mixture of ingredients.
That explains why the usual people who usually volunteer, are not doing so as much now, that is to give the rest of you, the ingredients, more chances to be mixed into the bowl of laksa.
Even Shimin and Louis.
They're part of our ingredients.
Instead of ostracising them, and scolding them, lets encourage them in future instead, they're part of us, just like we are part of them.
Regarding Louis,
we have already told what we don't like about him, so lets just let his matter rest.
This may make me look like a hypocrite, because all along, i've been a regular one who makes fun of him, and i'm not exactly proud of that.
Because regardless of what he is, he is still a part of us, an ingredient that we need.
Lets influence Louis instead, influence him into a person that we want him to be.
Thats the end for the discussion for Louis, and i hope, the end of our ostracising.
Now comes the very big matter,
Zhang Shimin.
Lets try influencing him over time through our acts.
But for now, we have to do the same as what we did today, like grabbing his bag and snatching his items, till he becomes a proud member of our squad.
First, this is dedicated to Shimin:
Shimin, you may hate RVNP and our squad, you may be lazy and reluctant to come for act, but please, spare a thought for us.
You're part of the 34members in our squad,
you are part of us.
On the surface, you're actually a member, that we don't really like, but in essence, you ARE a shard belonging to our squad.
And you cannot be missing.
It has already been months for us in RVNP, and count the number of times you've ponned acts.
Its a let down, really.
But please, Shimin, accept the fact that you are one of us, try to embrace the fact , whether willingly or unwillingly, that you are part of us. That you are one of the elements that make up our compound.
No one forced you to place RVNP as one of your earlier choices, you chose it, you are actually not obliged to complain and say that we are forcing you to go for act.
Nor get violent by scratching people when we are trying to make you go for act.
Spare a thought for us, you may enjoy ponning acts and play computer games at home, but while you are doing so, think of us, standing under the sun, listening to our NCOs rant about the missing you, and us having to promise that we will bring you for the next act.
Shimin.
Just embrace it.
Please.
You say that you don't like PT.
But we are going through what you are going through.
We are one, just like molecules in a solid, packed together, we go through what each other go through.
Disregarding what I have just ranted, it is still up to you, do you want to embrace the fact that you are part of RVNP, or complain, rant, and not enjoy the times you are having in RVNP?
Think it over.
Just a small 2minutes of thoughts would do.
Think.

Back to our whole squad, we're all ingredients, as I've stated earlier. We must all have an equal share of work in RVNP, thus, please, everyone, take more initiative, and volunteer more.
This may be the process of us getting more united.
DISCIPLINE, RESPECT STANDARD INITIATIVE UNITY
Discipline, lets all get more disciplined, lets not fidget, lets become a model example for our future juniors, for RVNP, for our gold unit award, most importantly, for ourselves.
Respect, respect for our seniors, they may be fierce, they may seem illogical while they are scolding us, for instance NCO Raymeo shouting his voice off, 'WHAT IS THIS?' countless times. They're doing this for us, so lets show them better standards.
Standard, with the other 4 factors, we'll be able to up our standard, we all know that.
Initiative, this comes to volunteering, we should all take a part in volunteering, and not rely on the usual ones. Our NCOs don't show favouritism, take part more in acts, and you'll get the acknowledgement that many silent ones within the 34 of us want.
Unity, this is the most important, and i've even got a phrase for it.
Unity is strength.
Yes, this stupid little word over here, is the most important.
Its a lovely word, which when done, within the 34 of us, provides us with abominable strength that is enough to crush a pyramid, which has stood the test of time.
We are super S-O-L-I-D.
Molecules in a solid, they're united.
Lets try rocking it on, and make our squad a first grade one.
I'll be going offtrack for this statement, but NCO Raymeo, if you're reading this, i'm using your HOT MASCULINE PINK for this paragraph, as you were the one who told us to improve on our points. HOTTTTTTTT.
Come on squadmates,
lets rock it on, rock it down, till our shorts and skirts drop down.
Lets hope that we'll stay as happy as ever, as bubbly as ever, as we did during this afternoon, at the porn talk.
