Hey people!

Since Ken and Pei Hao has been posting a lot, i shall play a part too. I added in Yang Sheng and Kristine's name in the "volunteering" list. Cause Yang Sheng's always the one who gives the command for greeting NCOs when Ken's not around. And Kristine has been volunteering for taking warm-ups but someone else always gets it. Yeah so keep up the good work done guys!:D

Kkay, i know that a lot of you still do not like NP, squadmates, almost everything in NP including the NCOs. The change is rather sudden, but it just takes time to adjust ya? Even I complain. Nothing's perfect. I bet everyone's guilty of complaining at least once okay! Kristine and I were complaining in the toilet after the last act. Contents about what we said will of course, not be revealed. I've been complaining to Ken about NP stuff too! Yeah so complaining is just part of life. Get over it once you've complain!

Oh yes, and good job, Ying Ying!:D Full marks for the CC test is really "zai" lah! jyjy!:D Those who did well for the practical test, congratulations too!:D Ken&Loius 26/30 right? NCOs were quite happy with our results! Continue to do well ya?:D

Continue to come for acts! Don't pon already!! We all know that the acts last time were more fun but acts now will soon be fun when we have reached the standard the NCOs wants us to be at and when we get to know them better! If you all pon now right, it will be a higher chance that you won't like NP cause the NCOs won't know you as well as those who always come so when it's during interaction or anything, you all won't talk as much so yes, show your initiative and also passion for NP! Come for acts!!!!

One good example is Kenneth. He didn't come for 3 months cause of a toe injury right? Then subsequently, he always pon-ed. It was only recently that he came for NP and could tell that he didn't like come then have the sian attitude. Can see a bit of initiative. Though I heard that he comes just for the attendance and CCA points, at least he comes! Learn from him man! I don't care whether you come because of the squadmates or cca points, just come! Coming is the first step, then we can start bonding as a squad!
