Well, since JingYee wants a "flowchart" of who informs who and stuff, i shall come up with one! :D


If it's a normal act like on normal school days and stuff, squadmates, PLEASE check the NP noticeboard! If you all didn't realised, they have changed the design & it's quite cute. xD So it's like, JUST GO CHECK IT OUT. If you forgot to check the noticeboard the day before act, ask your squadmates about what act there is! But please don't keep using 'forget' as an excuse because you find it troublesome. Cause it's like partially your responsibility to check out what act there is.


But if it's some act that is not... normal? Or like not the CCA days those kind of act(holiday acts or other activities), usually the NCOs would tell like 1 person in the squad and the person will pass. Usually, Pei Hao, Junianti and Ken those type would get the message.


So example, if Junianti gets the message, she'll pass it to everyone from her class + 1 person from the rest of the classes. The 1 person from the other classes will have to pass it to the rest of the people in their class. So when you all get messages sent by people from other classes, PLEASE PASS. If you get messages sent by people of the same class, you can don't pass.


The person who first got the msg from a NCO will have to make sure that he/she doesn't miss out anyone from his/her class and the 1 person from the rest of the classes.


& The people that are supposed to pass to your classmates, who are also your squadmates, please don't miss out any of them.


Then for classes like D and F who only have 1 person in each class... We'll think of something. Post it up soon. :/
