please hand in all your consent forms ASAP. Preferably by next act, Tuesday, 31 March 2009. That includes:

-Civil Defence
-CIP
-Self-Defence
-Road Crossing

Yeah i know there were many consent forms being handed out recently so those who misplaced them, please use the template for the "letter of acknowledgement" that Ken has came up with and ammend accordingly before printing and handing it up.

Don't forget to do your ITC reflections(by monday, 30 March 2009) and also write the lines in your notebooks.
