Squadmates~
I guess this is the last post of 2010. I'm just here to tell Hotshots that the 4 of us (Kristine, Xing Yao, Junianti and I) have completed the UG Exhibition souvenirs today! All 199 +2 of them! 100 guys, 99 girls- I'm talking about the souvenirs that we are planning to give the juniors. There will be 199 given out- originally 200, but one female figurine was destroyed. Don't worry about it if you haven't set eyes on it, for there will be 2 coloured figurines at the NP booth on 6Jan, which will afterwards be moved to NP room. ^^
I'd also like to thank people who helped make this achievable:
First and foremost, Shou Fong- without this, we couldn't do anything at all. ^^
Mainly Xing Yao and Kristine, who pasted the human figures onto cardboard, cut them. Thanks very much, cause, ow, it really hurts our hands to cut through cardboard for long periods (personally, I will throw something at the juniors if they just take and throw. Then again, like what Xing Yao had replied when I said that on the 29th: "What? More of this?"-refering to the human figurines);
Kristine, who went high and low with me everywhere to get the drawings photocopied;
Sylvia, Michele, Zhang Ying, Pei Jia, who helped to cut the paper figurines/make the flags;
Pei Jia, who helped to colour print the flags;
Sirs Raymeo, Wee Teck and Jonathan for contributing to the entertainment factor, ^^ by visualizing and voicing how, perhaps, in the near future, we recruit 200 cadets into the sec1 squad, where they'll be sized (a mighty great long line), how long promo will take (not to mention uniform check), etc, etc;
Jing Hua and Keng Seng, for contributing alot of their foolscaps' cardboard and contributing to general entertainment in their quiet ways;
Sec 2 and sec 3 squad ICs, for getting their squad to hand in posters (and the cadets themselves too, of course);
Junianti, who will be the one giving out the souvenirs on the 6th and contributed lots of cardboard as well.
Lastly, thank you everyone. That's because the photocopying money will be claimed from the unit fund......!
I'm sorry for the random post. Anyway, do look forward to UG exhibition on 6 Jan! Happy new year, squadmates, and may 2011 be a happy and eventful year for all~
